Returns must be returned within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order for a refund to be granted. Your refund will be made within 15 business days from the date we receive your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In order for us to maintain our low prices, please remit $5.50 (and an additional $6.00 for Canada and $15.00 for all other international shipments) to cover postage and handling for your exchange request. All exchange requests must be received within 7 calendar days from the date your order was shipped. In the unlikely event that you received a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no postage and handling charge.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Due to strict government health regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any hosiery, panties or any intimate item that covers the crotch including but not limited to, lingerie sets that have panties of any kind.

Please make your selection carefully when choosing these items. A size chart pull down menu is located on every item for your convenience. If you feel you need help with sizes, please contact prior to placing your order and we will be happy to assist you.
